She is survived by : her mother Joann Anderson; her children, Ahleena Miller, Kiara Anderson, Saiyanni Yancey and Brea Anderson-Bey; her cousin Derek (Miami); and her siblings, Michelle Anderson of Norristown, PA, Joyce Anderson of Indianapolis, IN, Derek Anderson of Lock Haven, PA and William Anderson of Norristown, PA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Debra married John D. Milne on August 8, 1992 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls, SD.
